The unit consists of a grouting machine and a packaging machine; the packaging machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate; the machine integrates bag making, filling, sealing, counting and other functions, and uses a servo motor to pull the film. The advanced design ensures that the machine is suitable for different industries and is very convenient for adjustment, operation and maintenance. The pneumatic part of the grouting machine uses pneumatic components; the filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily with high precision; the filling bulk head adopts an anti-drip and anti-drawing filling device; this unit can be modified into an anti-riot filling device according to customer needs System; multi-head filling; insulation system; semi-automatic or fully automatic filling system.
